Pushing for Positivity

I am disgruntled and frustrated right now. It is hard to be positive. I didn’t sleep well, and I am cranky. I have to work today and it is hard to be positive. I didn’t sleep well, and I am cranky. I have to work today and it is hard to smile and just be myself.

They say that happiness is a state of mind and you can bring it upon yourself with the right attitude. Well, lets try that. I feel like garbage today, but I am going to smile and act happy and positive and see what happens.
