I am starting to notice that writing in this blog is actually starting to make me feel a bit better about my situation and is motivating me to keep going. Despite the negative thoughts that keep surfacing, despite the difficulty I am facing while going through all of this, despite all the pain, regret, and shame, writing is helping. I’m finding that I want to write more than one post a day, depending on which item on my list was affected by my actions. And on most days now, more than one item on my list is being affected by my actions. Onward and upward with the journey. I feel like I might actually share this blog with the world and see if anyone will offer their own comments or stories that may help.
